Delivery and returns
Last dates for orders to be delivered before Christmas:
For any gifts you wish to receive before Christmas these are the latest dates we need to receive your order to give us time to process, pack and send them!
(We will of course send them off to you within the deadlines given by Royal Mail or couriers, but we cannot guarantee their service I'm afraid!)
UK: 20th December
Europe and USA: 12th December
Everywhere else: 4th December
Standard delivery charges on UK orders are as follows:
Small Package (Royal Mail 1st Class): £5
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8
Standard Couriered Package: £12
Large Couriered Package: £18
XL Couriered Package: £30
Where possible we ship in the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a 24 hour courier service, but please allow up to 4-5 working days for processing your order and delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help it reach you in time. A signature will be required so someone will need to be at the delivery address to accept and receive it, so please choose your destination with that in mind. If you would like tracking information please email us and we will be happy to give that to you. Please note, these services do not deliver at weekends. If the package isn’t signed for and ends up being returned to us, we are happy to resend your items but will contact you as you’ll need to cover the postage costs of resending the parcel. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We try to be as fair and realistic in our shipping charges as we can, but it is sometimes tricky to build in all possible options on all variations of package sizes and relative shipping costs online! If you want to email us to get a quote or send you an item simply by first class post then this can of course be arranged, but please be advised we will not then be held accountable for any loss or damage to your package.
Although rare for a product to be out of stock, it might be that shop sales have meant an item has sold out before the website stock has been manually adjusted. If this happens we will inform you immediately by e-mail to let you know if there is likely to be a delay and advise you of the earliest possible delivery date for your item. If you are not happy with the alternate date you can of course immediately cancel the order and we will refund you the full amount paid. Please note that occasionally circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than stated above. We will advise a lead time in the product description if this is the case. Please bear in mind where items are handmade, originals or from small editions, we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will endeavour to advise you of a delivery date or on other options.
Collection from our Brighton shop:
There is the option of no delivery charge being added if you come and collect in person from our Brighton shop within our opening hours when your order is ready. Please allow 24 hours for your items to be ready. We will of course contact you immediately if we foresee any delay. If you need the items sooner please just email or call us and we will do our best to get them ready for you.
We are happy to send our prints around the world. We send them to you in a postal tube. Our standard packaging and shipping charges are currently £20 for Europe and £25 for outside Europe, but please feel free to contact us prior to ordering if you would like us to see if a saving can be made on this - as it can often vary slightly depending on package size and destination. For international items we use a trackable service all the way wherever possible, and in some cases a signature on arrival may be required. If you would like tracking information please email us and we will be happy to give that to you. The shipping method and courier may vary depending on the weight and value of your order. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges at any time.
It will take approximately 5 working days for a parcel to arrive, but please be aware it can take up to one month as delivery dates depend on your country's postal service.
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax fees charged by your local Customs Office. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. Unlimited has no control over these charges and are not responsible for these fees which will need to be paid by you. All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.
We hope that you love your purchases from Unlimited, but we understand sometimes people change their minds!
For your information the returns policy for items purchased sold as seen in our Brighton shop differ to these outlined below for purchases made online.
If you wish to make a return your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund for the item if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. So please inform us by email at email@example.com giving us the reason for the return, and then ensure you return the item within 14 calendar days of placing the delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days have passed.
When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit. We are not able to refund anything that is not returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and ready to be resold.
We will refund your payment minus the delivery costs. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in unused/same condition it was sent out. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (to the card you used as payment).
We cannot offer refunds on items made to order or items reduced in a sale. For example, any artwork made or printed to order will be non returnable. Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that you feel you have been sent a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss.
We make every effort to ensure the product colours, finishes and descriptions are as accurate as possible on the website. However due to the nature of digital reproduction and also the handmade nature of a lot of our products, we cannot guarantee exact depiction or that variations may not occur. All dimensions indicated are as accurate as possible, but please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our items, slight differences and anomalies may occur.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, their delivery cost, materials, content or prices online at any time.
Breakages and damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be need to be contacted by a representative of the courier service as part of their insurance process or we may need the damaged item to be returned to us. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us. Delivery charges, payment charges and returned postage will not be refunded by us.
If your item does not arrive within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (elsewhere), please contact us in case your delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service or couriers marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the courier service.
